SAP Business Analyst with SAP S/4 HANA (Policies and Procedures)
Job Summary
The SAP Business Analyst will play a crucial role in the implementation and management of SAP S/4 HANA policies and procedures. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that business processes are aligned with system capabilities. The analyst will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and providing strategic insights to support organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to gather and analyze requirements for SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
- Develop and document policies and procedures to optimize SAP functionalities.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP S/4 HANA best practices.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements based on user feedback and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA functionalities and best practices is preferred.
- Knowledge of business process modeling and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Experience
- Minimum Experience: 6 years; no prior experience is required; however, internships or academic projects related to SAP or business analysis are advantageous.
