Job Summary
The Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager will manage end-to-end receivables across E-commerce and Quick Commerce channels. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in reconciliation, collections, and financial reporting, contributing significantly to the company’s financial health and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes across E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms.
- Ensure timely collections and follow-ups on outstanding receivables.
- Perform customer account reconciliations, including receipt allocations and knock-offs.
- Track payments proactively to improve collection efficiency.
- Conduct partner account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Handle claims and deduction management effectively.
- Resolve GST-related issues and reconciliation discrepancies.
- Perform ageing analysis and generate insightful Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Support month-end closing activities and audits.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, or Chartered Accountant (CA) Inter.
- Experience: 4–8 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with SAP B1 (mandatory); familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills (including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and MIS reporting).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Industry Experience: Experience in E-commerce / Quick Commerce preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with financial reporting and auditing.
- Knowledge of GST compliance and regulations.
Experience
4–8 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable management is required.
