Key Responsibilities • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations of the EV fleet in city, including fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and logistics. • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with city officials, local businesses, and community organizations to promote and integrate our EV services. • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to expand the EV fleet’s presence and utilization within the city, aligning with corporate goals and local regulations. • Performance Management: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction. • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operational staff, including drivers, maintenance personnel, and support staff. • Budget Management: Prepare and manage the city-specific budget, ensuring cost effective operations and adherence to financial targets. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local regulations, including permits, safety standards, and environmental guidelines. • Customer Experience: Enhance the customer experience by addressing service issues, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements. • Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local promotional campaigns and community engagement initiatives. • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports to senior management on operational performance, market trends, and strategic opportunities.
