Job Summary
The B2B & B2C Sales role is responsible for executing sales strategies and building strong relationships with distribution channels, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs). This individual will play a pivotal role in scaling the fund’s investor base, ensuring the fund’s unique value proposition is effectively communicated to prospective investors, and maintaining long-term, value-driven relationships.
Responsibilities
- Channel Business Development: Identify and onboard key distribution channels, family offices, and HNIs to expand the fund’s investor base.
- Client Acquisition and Engagement: Partner with the investment team to understand fund strategies and effectively communicate them to prospective investors.
- Market Positioning and Strategy: Represent InCred Asset Management, ensuring the fund’s investment strategies and unique value proposition are clearly articulated.

Qualifications
- Experience: 7-10 years in fundraising, investor relations, or business development within the asset management industry, with a proven track record of scaling efforts.
- Relationship Management: Expertise in building and managing relationships with RMs, distribution networks, investors, and stakeholders.
- Client-Centric Focus: Ability to understand investor needs and provide customized investment solutions.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly investment teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to position the fund competitively in the market with a strong understanding of Indian fund strategies.
- Process Orientation: Capturing investor interactions and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Educational Background: A degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing capital raising initiatives for equity-focused, private credit, and private equity investment strategies, ideally in India or emerging markets.
