Job Summary

The Risk Management Analyst is responsible for preparing and distributing risk reports and dashboards, implementing quality assurance processes, and providing stakeholder support. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and clarity of risk data and in facilitating communication between various business lines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Risk reports and dashboards regularly utilizing data from various sources.
• Follow up with business lines on reported Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to resolve any clarifications.
• Perform independent review of the reports before distribution to stakeholders and top management.
• Provide training and assistance to stakeholders regarding technical or process-related queries as needed.
• Implement comprehensive quality assurance checks and controls throughout the reporting processes.
• Govern and coordinate responsibilities to provide timely updates and address any production-related issues or bottlenecks.
• Support in identifying and troubleshooting data quality issues.
• Assist with ad-hoc requests for data analysis as required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Operational Risk Management or a similar discipline focused on risk identification and management.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow (Problem and Incident Management).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Excel (including tables, charts, and pivot tables) and PowerPoint, as well as other reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Basic understanding of the Risk Management Framework and ITIL processes.
• Strong ability to influence others without formal authority to achieve desired results.
• Adaptability to work virtually across different time zones and cultures while maintaining a work-life balance.

Preferred Skills

• Additional experience with advanced analytical tools or methodologies in risk management would be beneficial.

Experience

• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in operational risk or a related field.
