Associate Manager Infrastructure Services
Job Summary
The Associate Manager Infrastructure Services will serve as an Active Directory Engineer responsible for providing L3 support for multiple customers with a global footprint in a shared delivery model. This role involves delivering 24x7 rotational remote support from one of the Global Delivery Centers based in India, ensuring the smooth operation and management of Active Directory services.
Responsibilities
- Provide L3 support for Active Directory and related technologies, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory domain controllers, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
- Conduct root cause analysis and perform problem management to resolve issues effectively.
- Oversee the management of Active Directory domain controller FSMO roles and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
- Ensure the overall security of the Active Directory domain and conduct disaster recovery exercises.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global customer remote management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 7-9 years of relevant industry experience in Active Directory and supporting technologies.
- Certifications: MCSE and ITIL V3 Foundation certifications are preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Windows Server versions 2008/2012/2016/2019/2022.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory installation, configuration, and management.
- Experience with scripting in VB Script and PowerShell.
- Familiarity with Azure AD/Entra Connect and ADFS.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent customer handling and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a culturally diverse environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Active Directory Application Mode (ADAM), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and Quest Recovery tools.
- Experience with migration tools such as ADMT, Quest ODM, and Binary Tree.
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools for issue resolution.
Experience
- At least 7-9 years of relevant industry experience in Active Directory and supporting technologies.
- Operational outsourcing experience and global customer remote management experience.

- Work Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Noida, Gurugram.
