Job Summary
The Manager, Corporate FP&A and Investor Relations will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting, while also managing investor and stakeholder communications. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the CFO and senior leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making and investor engagement in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning processes.
- Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and performance dashboards covering key hospitality metrics such as occupancy, Average Room Rate (ARR), Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR), and unit economics.
- Conduct variance analysis against budgets and prior periods, providing clear, actionable insights to leadership.
- Support pricing strategies, expansion plans, cost optimization initiatives, and new business cases with detailed financial models.
- Collaborate with business, operations, and revenue teams to track performance and ensure accountability.
- Prepare board decks, investor presentations, quarterly updates, and fundraising materials.
- Maintain investor reporting packs and ensure consistency and accuracy across all communications.
- Handle investor and stakeholder queries with timely and precise responses.
- Support due diligence processes, data room management, and fundraising activities.
- Track peer benchmarks and market trends to strengthen the investor narrative.
- Drive reporting automation, develop dashboards, and improve forecasting processes.
- Coordinate with accounting, tax, and audit teams to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business finance.
- Educational qualifications: CA, MBA (Finance), or CFA (Level II+) preferred.
- Strong financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- Exposure to board reporting, investor communication, or fundraising is highly desirable.
- Experience in hospitality, travel, consumer internet, or high-growth startups is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial data for senior audiences.
