Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Management: · Oversee and manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. · Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow statements. . Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records and reports. 2. Financial Reporting: · Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to relevant stakeholders including investors. · Ensure that financial statements comply with accounting principles and regulatory requirements. 3. Reporting and Analysis: · Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS, financial statements and reports. · Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings. · Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on financial performance. 4. Compliance and Auditing: · Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards. · Coordinate and support internal and Statutory external audits. · Implement basic processes and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. 5. Strategic Planning: · Assist in strategic financial planning and analysis to support company growth and objectives. · Provide financial input for business decisions and strategic initiatives. 6. Team Leadership: · Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff. · Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment. 7. Other Duties: · Stay updated with industry trends and changes in financial regulations. · Perform other related duties as assigned
