Senior Manager / Assistant Manager – FP&A

Company Overview

Our client is a leading real estate and infrastructure company that is expanding into the digital/data centre sector with significant investments in the United States and Canada. As part of its transformation, the company is centralizing and scaling its Corporate Finance & Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) operations in India, with a growing presence in Noida.

Job Summary

This high-impact FP&A role is designed to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for global projects, including large-scale data centre investments. The successful candidate will gain exposure to international stakeholders and cutting-edge financial systems (Power BI transitioning to Anaplan) while contributing to the growth of a rapidly expanding team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and management reporting packs.
• Drive financial modeling, variance analysis, and decision support for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with project and business teams on data centre investment planning.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis for business performance tracking.
• Partner with Dubai and global stakeholders for consolidated FP&A deliverables.
• Contribute to process improvements and system upgrades (transition to Anaplan).

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: CA (preferred) or MBA in Finance.
• Proven experience in FP&A, Management Information Systems (MIS), budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI, with hands-on experience in dashboarding and reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to project finance and budgeting, preferably in infrastructure or data centre projects.

Preferred Skills

• Power BI certification.
• Prior experience in real estate, infrastructure, or data centre finance.
• Knowledge of Anaplan or other financial planning tools.
• Experience working in global finance setups with cross-border teams.

Experience

Candidates should have relevant experience in FP&A and financial management roles, especially related to large projects.

Salary

• Senior Manager: 40–45 LPA
• Assistant Manager: 20–25 LPA
