Founders Officer Team

Job Summary

As a member of the Founders Officer Team, you will work closely with the founding members of the organization, providing critical support in daily operations, strategy execution, and special projects. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment, contributing directly to the company’s growth and learning from entrepreneurial leaders.

Responsibilities

• Assist founders with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
• Conduct research and compile reports to support decision-making processes.
• Coordinate and help manage key projects and initiatives alongside the founding team.
• Prepare presentations, meeting agendas, and documentation as required.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the founders.
• Help organize events, meetings, and manage calendars for the leadership team.

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree (e.g., BBA, BCom, BA, BSc) or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite).
• Prior experience in a startup or student leadership role.
• Basic understanding of business operations or project management.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Experience

• Minimum Experience: 0 years (Freshers and students are welcome to apply).
• No prior work experience required; enthusiasm and drive to contribute are essential.

• Work Setting: Primarily in-office at Bhopal location.
