Job Title: Head of Renewals – Marg ERP
Location: Noida | Work Mode: Work from office, 6-day week Reports to: COO
About the Role
We are hiring a Head of Renewals to own customer retention and reduce churn across Marg ERP’s large customer base. The role focuses on building a strong renewal engine, improving renewal processes, and driving predictable outcomes through data, analytics, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end churn and renewal metrics.
Drive high renewal rates and reduce volume and revenue churn.
Build structured renewal funnels and standard engagement cadences.
Identify at-risk customers using usage, payments, tickets, and partner inputs.
Lead a 5–6 member retention team and set up a strong save/retention desk.
Manage partner governance and ensure partners drive renewals consistently.
Run win-back programs for lapsed customers.
Conduct root-cause analysis and drive fixes with product, support, and sales.
Build dashboards and track key metrics (renewal rate, churn %, save rate, etc.).
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in renewals/retention; B2B telecom background preferred.
Strong analytical and data skills; expert in Excel, BI tools, Tableau.
Experience handling high-volume annual renewals.
Proven track record of high conversion and retention rates.
Strong team leadership and communication skills.
