Job Description
- Ensure full compliance with SEBI, IFSCA, AIF, and other regulatory guidelines.
- Develop and implement compliance systems and processes to align with regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and assesses their impact on operations.
- Prepare, analyze, and present compliance reports to regulators and the Board.
- Maintain accurate statutory records, registers, and filings to ensure adherence to legal obligations.
- Monitor compliance status and report findings to relevant statutory authorities.
- Handle statutory filings and submissions while ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Act as a liaison with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders on compliance matters.
- Conduct periodic risk assessments and internal audits to identify potential regulatory risks.
