Job Description

Ensure full compliance with SEBI, IFSCA, AIF, and other regulatory guidelines.
Develop and implement compliance systems and processes to align with regulatory requirements.
Stay informed about regulatory changes and assesses their impact on operations.
Prepare, analyze, and present compliance reports to regulators and the Board.
Maintain accurate statutory records, registers, and filings to ensure adherence to legal obligations.
Monitor compliance status and report findings to relevant statutory authorities.
Handle statutory filings and submissions while ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Act as a liaison with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders on compliance matters.
Conduct periodic risk assessments and internal audits to identify potential regulatory risks.
