Job Summary

We are looking for certified SAP SuccessFactors professionals to join our team on a contract basis. The roles will focus on various modules including Recruiting, Learning, Performance, Goals, and Benefits. The ideal candidates will work remotely and are expected to have substantial experience in their respective areas.

Responsibilities

• SAP SuccessFactors Engineer:

  • Implement and manage the Recruiting, Learning, Performance, and Goals modules.
  • Ensure provisioning access is granted only to certified engineers.

• SAP Benefits Consultant:

  • Set up and manage health plans, insurance, and 401(k) plans.
  • Integrate benefits systems with payroll for seamless operations.

Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Engineer:

  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Learning, Performance, Goals).

• SAP Benefits Consultant:

  • Experience with setting up health plans, insurance, and 401(k) plans.
  • Familiarity with payroll integration.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of HR processes and systems.

Experience

• Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors or related fields.

Environment
