Job Summary

The EDI Support role is primarily focused on providing application support for the Business Integration Suite. This position involves classic product support, operational responsibilities, and monitoring within the scope of CLIENT Remote Services. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and functionality of the integration systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support for the Business Integration Suite, including operational and monitoring responsibilities.
• Deliver L1 and L2 level production support and resolve technical issues.
• Manage Trading Partner Onboarding and communication setups using protocols such as AS2, FTP, sFTP, HTTPS, OFTP, JMS, and Idoc.
• Conduct end-to-end testing and troubleshooting of various file formats including X12, EDIFACT, JSON, XML, and cXML.
• Assist in production issue resolution, root cause analysis, and review logs for production issues and user activities.
• Gather user feedback on system accuracy, efficiency, and functionality.
• Identify areas for improvement in system performance and processes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (BCS, MCS, B.E, B.Tech).
• Experience: 7+ years of integration experience with CLIENT integration suite or similar products (IBM, Axway, Open Text, Cleo, Mulesoft, Apigee, Dell Boomi, Oracle).
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and Java.
  • Knowledge of communication protocols (FTP, sFTP, OFTP, AS2, HTTPS).
  • Familiarity with various file formats and standards (JSON, XML, Idoc, CSV, cXML, EDIFACT, X12).
  • Experience with database systems (DB2, Oracle, SQL, Sybase) and UNIX/Linux/Windows platforms.
  • Proficiency with shell and JAVA scripting is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, effective oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform, and other cloud platforms.
• Experience with BICMD or other mapping tools.
• Familiarity with HPSM, JIRA, Remedy, ServiceNow (SNOW), Putty, WinSCP, and Filezilla.
• Knowledge of B2B and monitoring solutions.
• Experience with industry-specific business processes and related message/file formats.

• Estimated salary range: ₹1,900,000
