Current method of going about cybersecurity is to make sure everything is secure and react if a threat is on your way. If someone hacks you, try to penetrate the firewall- the security team of the organization closes the firewall. <br /> Cloudsek is moving to another level i.e predicting cyber threats, Built all of this into a AI generic module powered by machine learning. <br /> The Way cloudsek approaches it, there's a possible breach. They go to cx, share them with a document. <br /> There are few companies, next two or three years this space is going to blow up, because of the nature of the problem. Got the mature product. Selling in 9 countries. <br /> <br /> <b>Next 3 or 4 years,</b> get more deep and wide into the product.Expanding in US/UK/Middle East/ hopefully very soon in Australia and NZ market. <br /> <b>Customer base</b> : No specific industry. Banking finance retail e-comm logistics. Serving a more digitally mature industry. Mid size-very large clients Fortune 1000/fortune 2000 companies. <br /> <b>Price Module</b> : Just like a saas/ recurring yearly basis. Pricing is based on licensing the product, based on keywords of a sort. Based on the number of keywords_pricing is decided. <br /> <b>Three product </b>line-<b> X-Vigil(Monitor Deep web, dark web), B- vigil (Inside the company)and S- vigil(Monitor the entire supply chain). </b><br /> <br /> Rahul, founder, started the company. He has been into cyber security for almost 18 years. He dropped out of college. He was the first guy in the entire world who has gotten into Citrix without a college degree. Then started building into product. <br /> Tried to bootstrapped for the first -4 years. then started raising capital in 2020. Have seen 100% year on year. In India, they have no competitors. <br /> <b>Revenue</b> : 10 million dollar firm. Zero in 2020. within the next 6-7 month will grow to 10+ million dollar firm. This is all ARR. <br /> NRR is over 100% right now. From existing clients they make more than last year. <br /> Churn is 90%/ plan to make it 95%. <br /> 80% gross profit level, ebita is negative. They burn very less. If they choose to focus on profits and leave expansion aside they'll most likely be profitable by next year. <br /> 2016-2019 product built out phase. <br /> Revenue generation in 2020 : 1 million dollar was hit. <br /> 2021 : went 2.5x of it<br /> 2022 : 2x<br /> 2023 : again going to 2x. <br /> <br /> <b>Current finance team : </b>Lot of the finance team is outsourced. just placed FP&A. Function is haphazard at this moment and they feel since it's outsourced a lot of level of quality/ or maturity is little lesser. In terms of SOP's lot of them are placed. Built a small team.
