Social Media & Digital Health Intern
Job Summary
As a Social Media & Digital Health Intern, you will play a key role in crafting and sharing engaging content focused on thyroid health and wellness. You will help translate complex healthcare topics into relatable, easy-to-understand messages, design visually appealing content for digital platforms, and contribute to building an active and informed digital health community. This internship allows you to gain hands-on experience in digital health communication within an innovative, integrative healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Create thoughtful and engaging content on thyroid health and wellness.
- Translate complex health topics into relatable, easy-to-understand posts for a general audience.
- Design visually appealing content for Instagram and LinkedIn, including posts, reels, carousels, and stories.
- Contribute to digital campaigns that combine modern medicine with holistic narratives.
- Help nurture, engage, and moderate the growing digital health community.
- Support the team in ongoing digital health initiatives and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Background in healthcare, including public health, medicine, Ayurveda, homeopathy, dentistry, nutrition, psychology, or allied health sciences (student or graduate).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for health education, digital storytelling, and patient awareness.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar graphic design tools.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics in an engaging manner.
- Empathy, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.
- No minimum experience required.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in content creation or social media management.
- Understanding of integrative and holistic health approaches.
- Basic video editing skills for short-form content (e.g., reels).
- Experience using social media analytics or engagement tools.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience
- Minimum Experience: 0 years (open to students and recent graduates).
- Relevant Experience: Healthcare education (public health, dentistry, medicine, allied health, etc.), content creation, social media engagement, or digital health communication is beneficial but not required.
