Job Summary

We are seeking a GenAI Engineer with robust Data Science foundations to contribute to the development of cutting-edge Generative and Agentic AI systems. This role emphasizes deep hands-on expertise in designing and deploying AI solutions, alongside effective client communication. The ideal candidate will display a blend of technical execution and delivery ownership, playing a vital role in our innovative projects.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end design and development of Generative and Agent-based AI solutions using large language models (LLMs), agent frameworks, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques, model fine-tuning, and performance optimization for relevance.
• Build agentic systems capable of autonomous, goal-driven task execution.
• Integrate AI models with production environments using APIs, cloud services, and vector databases.
• Lead client engagements by gathering requirements, presenting solutions, and managing feedback loops clearly and effectively.
• Stay updated with trends, tools, and techniques in Generative AI and apply these innovations in real-world scenarios.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI applications.
• Strong Data Science background with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Demonstrated expertise in Generative AI tools such as LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI APIs, and other LLM ecosystems.
• Proficiency in Python, prompt engineering, and API integration.
• Hands-on experience in deploying and scaling AI models on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Proven ability to manage technical delivery while engaging with clients.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional AI frameworks or toolkits that enhance generative capabilities.
• Familiarity with vector databases and data retrieval strategies.

Experience

• A minimum of 4+ years of relevant industry experience in machine learning and generative AI.
