Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated brand marketing strategies in the lab-grown diamond and luxury jewelry space

Plan and manage retail marketing initiatives to drive store footfalls, in-store promotions, and customer engagement

Oversee campaign planning and execution across ATL, BTL, digital, social media, PR, and influencer collaborations

Work closely with retail, sales, and merchandising teams to support store launches, activations, VM initiatives, and local marketing

Manage brand communication, storytelling, and consistency across all marketing channels

Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to refine marketing strategies

Track campaign performance, ROI, and marketing metrics; prepare reports and actionable insights

Manage external agencies, vendors, and partners for creative, media, and production requirements

Support CRM, loyalty programs, and customer engagement initiatives to enhance repeat business
