Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated brand marketing strategies in the lab-grown diamond and luxury jewelry space

  • Plan and manage retail marketing initiatives to drive store footfalls, in-store promotions, and customer engagement

  • Oversee campaign planning and execution across ATL, BTL, digital, social media, PR, and influencer collaborations

  • Work closely with retail, sales, and merchandising teams to support store launches, activations, VM initiatives, and local marketing

  • Manage brand communication, storytelling, and consistency across all marketing channels

  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to refine marketing strategies

  • Track campaign performance, ROI, and marketing metrics; prepare reports and actionable insights

  • Manage external agencies, vendors, and partners for creative, media, and production requirements

  • Support CRM, loyalty programs, and customer engagement initiatives to enhance repeat business
