Program Manager

Job Summary

The Program Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing Project Management Office (PMO) policies, standards, and methodologies. This role is crucial for overseeing the planning, capacity management, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving continuous improvement in project management practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PMO policies, standards, and methodologies.
• Oversee the planning, capacity management, execution, and delivery of multiple projects.
• Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project status reports to the senior leadership team.
• Ensure proper implementation of documentation, processes, and frameworks from the projects.
• Gather and present data regarding the progression of the projects.
• Ensure adherence to the strategy laid out by the program manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or program management roles.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹6,500,000.
