Job Summary
The DPD-Meridian will oversee the overall profitability, construction milestones, customer management, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and quality of projects within the Real Estate Industry. This role requires managing a cross-functional team and ensuring adherence to the overall value chain from land acquisition to project delivery.
Responsibilities
- P&L Ownership: Manage asset performance to preserve or enhance project profitability and returns.
- AOP Planning: Develop and maintain the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to align with business objectives.
- Site Management: Oversee day-to-day operations at the construction site, ensuring execution aligns with the business plan.
- Risk Management: Identify and resolve risks to project returns during both the pre-construction and construction phases, providing mitigation strategies and recommendations to management.
- Team Leadership: Set work objectives and goals for team members, conduct performance reviews, and engage in team-building activities.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Post-Graduation from a Premier B-School.
- Certifications: Chartered Financial Accountant (CFA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in a similar role within the Real Estate Industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership, project management, financial acumen, risk assessment, and communication skills.
