Job Description
<div>Key Responsibilities<br />
1. Strategic Talent Acquisition:<br />
a. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the<br />
organizations overall gaols and workforce planning.<br />
b. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand talent needs, workforce<br />
planning and long term recruitment goals.</div>
<div>2. Recruitment Process Management<br />
a. Oversee the end to end recruitment process form sourcing, screening<br />
candidate to conducting interview and making offers.<br />
b. Develop and maintain efficient and effective recruitment process and<br />
procedures.</div>
<div>3. Team Leadership and Development<br />
a. Lead, mentor and develop a high performing talent acquisition team.<br />
b. Provide coaching, training and guidance to recruitment staff to enhance their<br />
skills and competencies</div>
<div>4. Employer Branding and Candidate Experience<br />
a. Develop and promote the organizations employer brand to attract top talent<br />
b. Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the<br />
recruitment process<br />
5. Sourcing and Networking<br />
a. Develop and maintain relations with external partners, including recruitment<br />
agencies, job boards and profession networks.<br />
b. Implement innovative sourcing technique to identify and engage passive<br />
candidates.<br />
6. Data Analysis and Reporting<br />
a. Utilize recruitment data and metrics to track key performance indicators and<br />
make data driven decisions.<br />
b. Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, analysing trends and<br />
identifying areas of improvement<br />
7. Collaborations and communication<br />
a. Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their<br />
talent needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly<br />
b. Provide regular updates to senior management on recruitment activities,<br />
challenges and successes.</div>
