Job Summary

The Pega Developer will be responsible for full-stack development of user interface (UI) and backend services. The role requires experience with Pega Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and cloud components, contributing towards the overall success of business process management and automation.

Responsibilities

• Discuss architecture and design of business processes with the Lead.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts (BA) and stakeholders to understand process and data needs.
• Configure and customize business rules, workflows, and user interface components.
• Guide and mentor junior developers.
• Integrate Pega with REST/SOAP APIs, third-party systems, and cloud infrastructure.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and planning.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4-8 years in Pega development.

• Skills Required:

  • Pega Case Management & Business Process Management (BPM)
  • Rules, Data Pages, Activities, and Decision Tables/Strategies (especially for loyalty rules & offers)
  • Pega Decisioning / Next Best Action (preferred for loyalty scenarios)
  • REST/SOAP APIs, Database, and File-based integration
  • Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), Java, SQL, REST, SOAP
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript (for frontend customization)
  • Agile Methodology
  • Familiarity with Cloud & DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, monitoring)

• Education: Not specified.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Pega Decisioning for loyalty scenarios is preferred.

Experience

4-8 years of relevant experience is required.

Salary

• The budget for this position is approximately 1.4 Lakh Per Month (LPM).
