<div>You are:<br /> The ideal candidate gets to work in a high collaboration, fast-paced, and result driven environment.<br /> Applicants must have substantial experience informing designs through critical design thinking,<br /> rationalizing for B2B, or B2C systems, websites, mobile devices, and handheld.<br /> Reporting to: Principal/ Lead UX</div> <div>You will work on:<br /> Execute and drive multiple UXD projects by diagnosing business and user needs<br /> Apply all pieces of user-centred design methodology and processes<br /> Plan and conduct primary and secondary research<br /> Convert user insights into concept designs that are not only compelling but are contrasting ideas<br /> looking at business challenges from varied angles<br /> Design and manage all interaction design activities including visual design coordination with<br /> global designers<br /> Present design decisions to the stakeholders that are backed up by strong experience design<br /> principles and rationale<br /> Coordinate with technology teams to bring designs to a pixel-perfect reality<br /> Manage communications at all levels and be responsible for project deliverables with quality<br /> and on time<br /> You will love the role if you have:<br /> 7+ years of hands-on experience of all user-centred design processes. Expert level knowledge<br /> UCD methodology, information architecture, navigation models and interaction design principles<br /> Experience in designing for various devices and systems (mobile, handheld, TV, display systems)<br /> Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication, management, negotiation, presentation<br /> and client relations skills<br /> Ability to trigger business discussions with program managers, CTOs, CIOs, CEOs<br /> A clear and effective presentation style to inform and influence important design decisions and<br /> maintain credibility<br /> Deeper eagerness for observing human behavior, and synthesizing insights into design<br /> Be organized and showcase excellent time management skills and be highly detail oriented<br /> Ability to manage own timelines in an efficient manner while receiving strategic and tactical<br /> direction from project stakeholders<br /> The YUJ advantage:<br /> YUJ Designs is a global design company committed to creating impact by design.
