Job Summary

The ideal background and skills we are looking for:

3-5 years experience in a similar role

Highly proficient in Windows and Mac support

Managing and configuring Office 365 and Azure Active Directory/Entra ID

MDM with Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune

Collaboration/unified communications tools and hardware (preferably Teams)

Service Management practices, including incident/request, change and problem management, monitoring events and altering

Awareness of Data Protection, Privacy and Governance principles, e.g GDPR

Experience working as part of a geographically spread, follow-the-sun team, where clear remote communication and effective end-of-day handovers are essential, and being confident and capable of holding the fort during the hours when you are the only person online

Application of modern workplace security practices

Responsibilities
