Job Description
<div>As the Assistant Manager - Learning at BetterPlace, you will play a crucial role in supporting<br />
the learning and development initiatives of our organization. You will work closely with the<br />
Global Head for Talent Management & Learning, to design, implement, and evaluate various<br />
training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. Your primary goal will<br />
be to create a culture of continuous learning, promote employee engagement, and contribute to<br />
the overall growth and success of BetterPlace.<br />
Responsibilities -</div>
<div>● Collaborate with the Global Head for Talent Management & Learning to identify<br />
training needs, develop learning objectives, and create comprehensive training<br />
programs tailored to different employee roles and levels.<br />
● Assist in designing and delivering engaging and interactive learning materials, including<br />
e-learning modules, presentations, videos, and other relevant resources.<br />
● Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring smooth<br />
logistics and participation of employees.</div>
<div>● Conduct training sessions on various topics, utilizing different delivery methods such as<br />
classroom training, webinars, and virtual training.<br />
● Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and<br />
performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.<br />
● Provide ongoing support to employees, answering queries, addressing concerns, and<br />
providing additional resources when needed.<br />
● Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to<br />
learning and development to ensure the relevancy of training programs.<br />
● Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to gather content and<br />
ensure accurate and up-to-date information in training materials.<br />
● Maintain training records and prepare reports to track employee progress, training<br />
completion rates, and overall training effectiveness.<br />
● Assist in the implementation of a learning management system (LMS) to streamline<br />
training administration and enhance the learning experience.<br />
Requirements -<br />
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a<br />
related field. A Master's degree is a plus.<br />
● Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs, preferably<br />
in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.<br />
● Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learning<br />
methodologies.<br />
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey<br />
complex information in a clear and concise manner.<br />
● Experience with e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and other<br />
training delivery tools.<br />
● Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple<br />
priorities and meet deadlines.<br />
● Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and interpret data to measure training<br />
effectiveness.<br />
● Collaborative and team-oriented approach with the ability to build positive relationships<br />
with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.</div>
