Job Description

As the Assistant Manager - Learning at BetterPlace, you will play a crucial role in supporting
the learning and development initiatives of our organization. You will work closely with the
Global Head for Talent Management & Learning, to design, implement, and evaluate various
training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. Your primary goal will
be to create a culture of continuous learning, promote employee engagement, and contribute to
the overall growth and success of BetterPlace.
Responsibilities -
● Collaborate with the Global Head for Talent Management & Learning to identify
training needs, develop learning objectives, and create comprehensive training
programs tailored to different employee roles and levels.
● Assist in designing and delivering engaging and interactive learning materials, including
e-learning modules, presentations, videos, and other relevant resources.
● Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring smooth
logistics and participation of employees.
● Conduct training sessions on various topics, utilizing different delivery methods such as
classroom training, webinars, and virtual training.
● Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and
performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
● Provide ongoing support to employees, answering queries, addressing concerns, and
providing additional resources when needed.
● Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to
learning and development to ensure the relevancy of training programs.
● Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to gather content and
ensure accurate and up-to-date information in training materials.
● Maintain training records and prepare reports to track employee progress, training
completion rates, and overall training effectiveness.
● Assist in the implementation of a learning management system (LMS) to streamline
training administration and enhance the learning experience.
Requirements -
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a
related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
● Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs, preferably
in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
● Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learning
methodologies.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey
complex information in a clear and concise manner.
● Experience with e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and other
training delivery tools.
● Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple
priorities and meet deadlines.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and interpret data to measure training
effectiveness.
● Collaborative and team-oriented approach with the ability to build positive relationships
with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
● Passion for learning and professional development, staying updated on industry trends
and best practices.
