Job Description
Brief profile/requirement: Manager Finance: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Interaction with Banks, NDFC’s, Credit Rating agency and other lending institution. • Preparation of information required for various financing proposal, discuss with management and submit. • Preparation and submission of CMA, other monthly, quarterly and yearly MIS to lenders and rating agency. • Regularly review the financial covenants and ensures compliance with sanction terms. In case of deviation, raise a flag. • Prepare budget and forecast and YEE (year end estimates) based on YTD actuals, in terms of income statement and balance sheet. • Evaluate the Capex proposal, work out ROI/payback and submit to management with his/her recommendation. • P&L analysis reports (Key financial information Ratio and analysis to the top management for financial decision-making). • Cost analysis & Cost calculation of all the products of the company. • Provide Variance analysis report of actuals against annual budget plan to the management. • Budgetary and Variance analysis for cost, sales, collection target and GLs. • Sound knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation. Knowledge of personal taxation is must. • Supervision of group company business transactions/accounts, Monthly MIS, Statutory and Cost audit. • Knowledge of accounting of family office, shares and coordination with Brokers as well is desirable. Knowledge/Education: • CA with 5-7 years’ experience in a similar position • Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques as well as proficiency with financial statement analysis and projection • Cost accounting experience • Demonstrated expertise in MS Office and ERP - experience with Light House ERP is a bonus • Good planning and organizational skills • Strong analytical skills • Experience in handling multiple concurrent tasks and meeting strict deadlines. • Ability to effectively communicate with management, external stakeholders, peers and staff. • Ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients and staff in charge • Must demonstrate the highest standards of personal and professional integrity and character and promote ethical business behaviour throughout the organization • Demonstrate appreciation of and sensitivity toward a wide range of cultural and personal differences • Must be a team player and act cooperatively with the business • Ability to lead and motivate teams to reach a common goal • Demonstrate strong and pragmatic business acumen.
