Senior Analyst 1 Infrastructure Services

Job Summary

The Senior Analyst 1 Infrastructure Services will serve as an Active Directory Engineer responsible for providing Level 3 support for multiple customers in a global delivery model. This role involves delivering 24x7 rotational remote support from one of the Global Delivery Centers based in India, ensuring the smooth operation and management of Active Directory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for Active Directory and related technologies for a diverse customer base.
• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory domain controllers, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
• Conduct root cause analysis and perform problem management to resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure the overall security of the Active Directory domain and manage disaster recovery processes.
• Collaborate with teams to configure and manage Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Entra Connect.
• Maintain documentation and provide excellent customer service and support.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 7-9 years of relevant industry experience in Active Directory and supporting technologies.
• Certifications: MCSE and ITIL V3 Foundation certifications are preferred.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Windows Server versions 2008/2012/2016/2019/2022.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
  • Experience with scripting in VB Script and PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with AD Federation Services (ADFS) and PKI.
  • Knowledge of migration tools such as ADMT, Quest ODM, and Binary Tree.

Preferred Skills

• Deep troubleshooting skills in Active Directory and core infrastructure services.
• Experience with Azure AD/Entra Connect and related sync issues.
• Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools for issue resolution.

Experience

• At least 7-9 years of relevant industry experience in Active Directory and supporting technologies.
• Operational outsourcing and global customer remote management experience.
