Job Summary

We are seeking a client-facing Copilot Power Apps Consultant who excels in dynamic environments, with the ability to translate intricate business needs into AI-powered, no-code solutions. The role requires a combination of technical proficiency and strong interpersonal skills to effectively present to client stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and lead conversations that drive digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype custom Power Apps infused with Copilot and AI capabilities.
• Lead workshops, design sprints, and presentations to engage stakeholders and co-create solutions.
• Deliver proof-of-concepts and guide clients on the adoption of Power Platform and AI best practices.
• Apply human-centered design principles to ensure intuitive and impactful user experiences.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the Microsoft AI ecosystem, Copilot, and Gemini.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure, and Dataverse (preferred).
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise at all levels.
• Experience in business process analysis and workflow automation.
• Self-starter, capable of working independently in fast-paced projects.
• Solid understanding of AI Copilot and Generative AI integration in practical applications.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, chase down tasks, and take ownership of work.
• Hands-on experience in prototyping and presenting solutions to clients.

Preferred Skills

• Background in software development or related technical fields.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and integration methods.
• Exposure to Google Gemini, Azure AI services, and enterprise AI trends.
• Experience in consulting or digital transformation across various industries.
