Job Description

Responsibilities: ● Conduct market research studies to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry. ● Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various sources, including surveys, reports, databases, and industry publications. ● Perform thorough data analysis using statistical techniques and tools to extract meaningful insights and present actionable recommendations. ● Monitor industry news, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to stay updated on the latest trends and their impact on the organization. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to provide strategic guidance and support decision-making processes. ● Identify gaps and opportunities in the market and make recommendations for new products, services, or marketing strategies based on research findings. Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. ● Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Market Research Analyst in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry. ● Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the entire Microsoft Office suite. ● Solid understanding of market research methodologies, data analysis techniques, and statistical concepts. ● Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders. ● Business acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies. ● Knowledge of healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape. ● Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
