Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute M&A strategies to expand presence in different states of India

2. Lead due diligence, valuation, and negotiation processes for acquisitions.

3. Drive integration efforts to maximize synergies and operational efficiencies.

4. Monitor industry trends and assess market opportunities for strategic growth.

5. Present M&A proposals and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
