A seasoned professional to lead the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) vertical at Trust Group. The ideal candidate should bring 15+ years of experience in originating, structuring, and executing debt transactions across sectors. This is a leadership role requiring strong relationships with corporates, institutional investors, and regulators. Responsibilities include driving bond placements (public & private), managing issuer and investor relationships, mentoring a high-performance team, and contributing to strategic initiatives. The candidate must have a deep understanding of market trends, regulatory frameworks (SEBI, RBI), and credit assessment. Exposure to structured finance and innovative products will be a plus. Compensation is in the range of ₹65–70 LPA, depending on experience and fit.
