Location: Indiranagar, 12th Main, Bangalore
Working Days: 6 days/week (Rotational Off)
About the Role
We are looking for a Store Manager to handle daily store operations, manage sales, and lead
two Sales Executives at our Indiranagar outlet.
Responsibilities
● Manage the store’s day-to-day operations.
● Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships.
● Drive sales targets and ensure a good customer experience.
● Lead, train, and monitor two Sales Executives.
● Report daily performance and store updates to senior management.
● Ensure the store is well-maintained and aligned with brand standards.
Requirements
● 3–6 years of experience in retail sales (jewellery/luxury/premium retail preferred).
● Experience handling a small team.
● Strong communication and customer handling skills.
● Able to manage the store independently.
