This role is directly responsible for the company profitability and growth through investment return<br /> generation and Asset under Management (AUM) growth.<br /> IV. The profile involves overall equity research and fund management activity of the investment<br /> department and conducting economic, industry &amp; company research. The person will be responsible<br /> for guiding and nurturing the research/FM team to generate investable ideas and to take higher<br /> responsibilities in future.<br /> V. The profile also includes active involvement in developing and implementing portfolio investment<br /> strategies, creating model portfolio to outperform the benchmark and peers. Monitoring fund’s<br /> performance vis-à-vis benchmark and peers and outperform the same. The role also includes active<br /> involvement in product development from the equity perspective and complying at all times with<br /> regulatory, risk management &amp; other internal mandates
