You will have a proven track record in delivering high-performance software across various domains including healthcare, finance, and manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain large-scale desktop and enterprise applications using Delphi.
- Modernize legacy codebases and integrate third-party tools effectively into existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver software solutions.
- Analyze and troubleshoot software issues to enhance application performance and stability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.
- Document technical specifications and maintain detailed records of development activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Over 7 years of experience in Delphi programming, specifically with Object Pascal.
