Job Description
- Own the retention, loyalty, and lifecycle metrics for the brand and deliver cutting-edge analytics, focus on retention, and make fact-based decisions based on defined data sources.
- Develop a holistic strategy to consistently better key metrics like Revenue, AOV, Conversion Rate, LTV, Repeat, Brand recall, etc.
- Develop strategies to drive revenue via cross-selling and up-selling
- Develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth Key Performance Indicators D2C Revenue.
- Develop a holistic omnichannel growth strategy that integrates both online and offline channels to create a unified brand experience.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth across various touchpoints, considering regional nuances.
- Lead initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market reach through offline channels across India.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from online engagement to offline experiences.
- Complete ownership of retention marketing activities and product strategy for scaling up the revenue
- Own the entire retention and reactivation funnel constantly tracking, optimizing, and improving the same with the combination of creative communication, offer-led promotion, and product features.
