Head of Talent Acquisition

Job Summary

The Head of Talent Acquisition will own the end-to-end hiring process for over 900 clinic roles including doctors, managers, and assistant managers in each clinic across more than 100 cities in India, as well as headquarters functions in marketing, finance, supply chain management, technology, creative, product, data, and more. This role will involve leading an internal talent acquisition team and partnering with recruitment agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Build & Lead: Recruit, train, and coach a talent acquisition team of 10+ members; define clear KPIs, workflows, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Agency Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and manage specialized recruitment partners for timely managerial hiring and headhunting multi-functional leadership roles.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to founders, area heads, and department heads to ensure alignment of hiring priorities with business milestones.
  • Process Ownership: Continuously optimize recruitment pipelines, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage, sourcing channels, assessment frameworks, and reporting dashboards.
  • Data-Driven: Track key performance indicators such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, sourcing return on investment (ROI), and churn; leverage insights to inform strategic actions.
  • Backfill & Succession: Maintain talent pools and implement swift attrition backfill mechanisms across all organizational levels.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record of 10+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally responsible for scaling retail stores or chains of clinics (e.g., Lenskart, Clove Dental, Apollo Pharmacy, PathLabs, IVF chains).
