Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Lead who can own and drive the entire influencer marketing strategy end-to-end. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing online campaigns, offline/BTL activations, barter and paid collaborations, and building long-term creator relationships.

This role requires both strategic thinking and strong execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute the overall influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand and business goals.

  • Identify key creator categories, audience segments, and campaign objectives.

  • Plan monthly, quarterly, and seasonal influencer calendars.

  • Allocate and manage influencer budgets effectively.

2. Online Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute digital influencer campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

  • Manage paid collaborations, performance-based campaigns, and affiliate partnerships.

  • Execute barter campaigns at scale while maintaining brand positioning.

  • Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, ROI, conversions) and optimize accordingly.

  • Work closely with performance marketing and content teams for amplification.

3. Offline & BTL Campaigns

  • Conceptualize and execute BTL influencer activations.

  • Manage influencer participation in events, store launches, pop-ups, and experiential marketing initiatives.

  • Coordinate with on-ground vendors and teams for seamless execution.

  • Ensure offline campaigns are integrated with digital amplification.

4. Relationship & Talent Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and managers.

  • Negotiate commercial terms for both barter and paid campaigns.

  • Maintain influencer database and performance tracking.

  • Identify upcoming and emerging creators relevant to the brand.

5. Creative & Content Oversight

  • Provide creative direction to influencers aligned with brand aesthetics.

  • Review content briefs and ensure high-quality output.

  • Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams for cohesive storytelling.

  • Bring innovative campaign ideas that drive cultural impact.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in influencer marketing (fashion/lifestyle preferred).

  • Strong experience in both online and offline (BTL) campaign execution.

  • Hands-on experience in managing paid, barter, and hybrid collaborations.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sensibility.

  • Ability to independently build and execute strategy.

  • Experience working with budgets and ROI tracking.

  • Highly organized and execution-focused.
