Role Marketing Manager Team Central: HIRA & other upcoming brands Reports to Founder & CEO Responsible for Branding Status Open SUMMARY The Marketing / Brand Manager will be responsible for shaping and elevating Hira’s brand identity across digital and retail touchpoints. This person will define brand strategy, manage marketing initiatives, and maintain consistent storytelling that resonates with the target audience. If you’re interested, write to hr@meolaa.com RESPONSIBILITIES Craft and execute brand strategy Develop positioning, voice, and messaging that clearly communicate Hira’s ethos —“Scents are stories. What’s yours?” and values like “Clean,” “Evocative,” and “Longstay” Campaign & Content Development Build marketing campaigns (launches, seasonal promotions) with engaging creative content (social posts, blog narratives, ad assets) that reflect the brand's emotional tone and aesthetic. Digital & Social Media Leadership Oversee social media strategy to ensure brand coherence. Manage creative direction, content calendar, influencer collaborations, and campaign performance across platforms. Consumer Insights & Market Strategy Monitor fragrance trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences. Use insights to refine positioning and recommend new product ideas or collections. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with product development (scents & design), digital teams (e-commerce, web), and external partners (photographers, influencers, PR) to execute cohesive brand activations. Performance Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs like social engagement, campaign ROI, sales lift, brand awareness metrics. Present insights to stakeholders and optimize strategy accordingly. Brand Storytelling & Community Building Maintain consistent brand narrative across all platforms, including packaging, site copy, social media, and customer communications, nurturing emotional connection with customers. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Experience: 3–7 years in brand management, ideally within beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, or consumer brands. Skills: Strong storytelling and creative strategy Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) Data-driven mindset: ability to use analytics for decision-making Project management: capable of managing timelines, agencies, and internal stakeholders Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration ability Additional Traits: Passion for sensory storytelling and perfume culture Aesthetic sensibility aligned with clean, elegant design and branding ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Experience working with high-velocity consumer startups or challenger brands Prior experience with fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle categories Past leadership of 0-to-1 or 1-to-100 scale-up journeys
