Job Description

  • Business Development: Identify and onboard new HoReCa clients, including hotels, cafes, cloud kitchens, restaurant chains, and catering companies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with chefs, purchase managers, and F&B heads.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute region-specific and segment-specific strategies to achieve sales and margin targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to refine offerings and approach.
  • Team Management: Hire, train, and lead a dedicated HoReCa sales team, including distributors or channel partners if applicable.
  • Product Customization: Coordinate with internal teams to tailor product offerings based on customer requirements and menu applications.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, forecasts, and KPIs using CRM tools or internal systems.
  • Promotional Activities: Support brand activations, sampling initiatives, and chef engagement programs in HoReCa setups.
