Job Summary

The QSR Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a Quality Service Restaurant (QSR) store. This role focuses on ensuring efficient operations, maintaining product quality, and delivering excellent customer service that aligns with the company's standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily QSR operations, including staff management, customer service, and sales.
• Prepare and cook recipes such as waffles and sundaes, ensuring adherence to company specifications.
• Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for both kitchen and front-end operations.
• Manage billing processes and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Train and mentor new staff, ensuring they are equipped with knowledge about menu items and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8-10 years in a similar role, preferably with brands like Baskin Robbins, Café Coffee Day (CCD), or Naturals.
• Skills:
  • Proficient in cooking and recipe formulation for QSR items.
  • Strong understanding of QSR operations and management, including billing and SOP adherence.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate teams.
• Education: Relevant certifications or degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.

Experience

Minimum of 8-10 years experience in the QSR sector with hands-on cooking and operations management experience.

Environment

The position is based in a QSR store located in Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan. Work may include long hours in a fast-paced environment.
