Arihant Capital Markets Ltd. is looking to appoint a dynamic and visionary leader as Head of Distribution Business

(Third Party Products) will lead the strategic planning, execution, and growth of the third-party distribution vertical.

This role includes overseeing mutual funds, insurance products, PMS, AIFs, structured products, and other financial

instruments distributed by Arihant Capital. The individual will be responsible for partnerships, product strategy,

channel development, sales performance, compliance, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:-

Strategic & Business Development

• Define and implement the strategy for third-party product distribution aligned with organizational growth

objectives.

• Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and product innovations to expand distribution business.

• Build and manage strong relationships with AMCs, Insurance Companies, and other product manufacturers.

• Drive AUM growth across all third-party products.

Sales Leadership

• Lead a high-performing sales and relationship management team across geographies.

• Set sales targets, define KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement of distribution revenue goals.

• Support branch network and sales teams with product training, marketing strategies, and tools.Product & Partner Management

• Onboard and manage relationships with Mutual Funds, PMS/AIFs, Insurance partners, and Fixed Income

providers.

• Ensure compliance and due diligence while introducing new products.

• Regularly review partner performance, payouts, and commercial terms.

Operations & Compliance

• Oversee efficient execution, backend operations, and client service related to third-party products.

• Ensure compliance with SEBI, IRDAI, AMFI, and other regulatory guidelines.

• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to ensure smooth product delivery and support.

Candidate Profile :-

Professional Experience

• Experience: 15–20 years in Retail Broking Distribution/ Wealth Management / Wealth Advisory /

Investment Advisory, with at least 5+ years in a leadership position.

• Preferred Background: Minimum 12-15 years of experience in financial services with a strong background

in product distribution. Strong track record in AUM growth, revenue generation, and leadership.

• Education: MBA (Finance) / CFA / CA / CFP or equivalent financial qualifications.

• Track Record: Proven experience in building and scaling high-performing wealth businesses with multi-

crore AUM.

• Skills: Strategic thinking, strong sales acumen, client relationship management, leadership and execution

orientation.

• Deep understanding of mutual funds, insurance, and alternate investment products.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.

• AMFI/NISM certified.
