<div>Gynoveda is seeking a Director &ndash; Marketing &amp; Communications to build and lead a world-class traditional media demand-generation engine across 200+ clinics nationwide &mdash; a capital-accountable, outcome-driven leadership role reporting directly to the Founders.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Key objectives &mdash; first 6&ndash;12 months:</div> <ul> <li> <div>Design the full attribution and reporting architecture for traditional media (TV, Print, OOH).</div> </li> <li> <div>Launch controlled pilots in select markets; iterate rapidly using data-driven creative A/B testing.</div> </li> <li> <div>Build the traditional media playbook and transition all media-plan sign-offs from Founders to this role within 6&ndash;9 months.</div> </li> <li> <div>Demonstrate measurable revenue contribution and CAC improvement from offline channels.</div> </li> <li> <div>Build internal content, creative and execution capability under a Head of Content with a 20+ person team.</div> </li> </ul>
