Job Description

Marketplace Catalog Senior Executive

Company Overview

Luxmi Estates operates two heritage tea brands - Makaibari (Est. 1859, the world's first biodynamic tea estate) and Luxmi Tea - across direct-to-consumer (D2C) websites, Amazon.com US, Amazon India, and Flipkart. Luxmi recently acquired the UK brand Brew Tea Co., extending its presence internationally. The E-Commerce team is in a high-growth phase with ambitious targets across D2C and marketplace channels.

Job Summary

The Marketplace Catalog Senior Executive is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and quality of product listings across multiple marketplaces including Amazon.com US, Amazon India, and Flipkart. This role demands a keen eye for detail and a focus on execution to ensure that Luxmi's brand story and product quality are effectively reflected in every listing.

Responsibilities

  • Listing Management

    • Create and manage product listings end-to-end across Amazon Seller Central (IN + US) and Flipkart Seller Hub, including titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords, pricing, and variations.
    • Ensure 100% listing completeness: minimum 5 images, tasting notes, brewing guide, and certification badges on every product page.
    • Conduct regular audits of the active catalogue to identify and fix suppressed listings, stranded inventory, broken URLs, and incomplete content.
    • Manage product variation structures and bundle configurations correctly across all channels.
  • A+ Content & Brand Store

    • Upload and manage A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content across all Amazon IN and Amazon.com US ASINs.
    • Build and maintain the Amazon Brand Store for both brands, updating seasonal collections on schedule.
    • Upload and maintain Flipkart Rich Content for all active Flipkart SKUs.
  • Keyword & SEO

    • Research and implement backend keywords for all Amazon SKUs, utilizing 100% of available character space with no duplicate or prohibited terms.
    • Optimize product titles for search discoverability – using marketable names instead of specification strings.
    • Monitor keyword rank for priority search terms; flag drops and update listing copy monthly.
  • Account Health & Compliance

    • Monitor Amazon Seller Central account health daily, resolving suppressions and policy warnings within 24 hours.
    • Respond to customer queries on Amazon product pages within 48 hours with brand-appropriate, personalized responses.
    • Ensure all listings comply with food product requirements across both India and US marketplaces.
  • New Launches & Seasonal Updates

    • Own the end-to-end listing launch process for every new SKU, ensuring zero delayed launches against the seasonal calendar.
    • Coordinate annual First Flush, Diwali gifting, and US Q4 seasonal listing refreshes to stay ahead of the selling window.
    • Create and manage gift bundles and combo listings across Amazon and Flipkart.

Qualifications

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, including creating listings, managing suppressions, uploading flat files, and navigating account health personally.
    • Proficiency in bulk upload / flat file templates for Amazon or Flipkart.
    • Solid understanding of Amazon listing compliance, including prohibited terms, restricted categories, and suppression causes.
  • Skills:

    • Genuinely exceptional attention to detail; errors in listings directly affect revenue.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Amazon.com US Seller Central, including US food compliance, FDA labeling, and importer details.
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium10 or Jungle Scout for keyword research.
  • Experience uploading A+ Content and building Amazon Brand Stores.
  • Experience with Flipkart Seller Hub, specifically in rich content and combo listings.
  • Background in food, wellness, gifting, or premium lifestyle categories.
