Product Designer 2

Job Summary

As a Product Designer 2, you will play a key role in the design and development of innovative products that enhance user experience and meet the needs of our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance product designs.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and experience.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Familiarity with user-centered design principles and practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
