Job Summary

The Partnerships Intern will join the core founding team to build and lead the partnerships vertical. This role focuses on establishing and nurturing collaborations with corporate partners, colleges, and influencers to drive growth and expand the company’s network and presence in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with top multinational corporations (MNCs) for strategic partnerships.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with colleges to foster collaboration and innovation.
• Initiate and manage influencer collaborations to promote the company's offerings.
• Conduct 15-20 minute discovery calls to onboard senior mentors and advisors with 10-15+ years of industry experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with company objectives.
• Track and report on the performance of partnerships and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct professional discovery calls and engage effectively with senior industry figures.
• Basic understanding of partnership strategies and relationship management.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with the AI and automation industry is a plus.
• Previous experience in partnership development or business development roles.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaboration strategies.

Experience

• Previous internship or experience in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
