Job Summary

The Accounts Executive plays a crucial role in managing the financial operations of the company. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciling functions, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The ideal candidate will contribute to the organization's financial integrity and assist in achieving its business goals through effective accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic accounting tasks ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct bookkeeping to maintain comprehensive financial records.
• Execute bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations to ensure accurate financial data.
• Support month-end closing activities to prepare financial statements.
• File Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).
• Oversee inventory accounting and reconciliation to ensure accurate stock levels (mandatory).
• Maintain financial records and generate Management Information Systems (MIS) reports.
• Employ strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in D2C / e-commerce companies.
• Proven accounting and bookkeeping experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and accounting (mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis.

• Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Experience

• Relevant experience of 2-3 years in accounting roles, preferably within D2C or e-commerce settings.

Environment

• Location: Sector 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
• Working Days: 5.5 days a week.
• The interview process will consist of two rounds.
