<div>Perfora is a unique and innovative digital-first brand that is disrupting the oral care category.<br /> Launched in August 2021, the brand has grown 100 times in scale over the last 24 months.<br /> Perfora is building holistic oral care solutions to elevate everyday oral care for Indian<br /> consumers.<br /> Perfora is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Alliance Manager to lead the<br /> development and management of strategic alliances within multiple channels, including<br /> dental channel partners, corporate gifting, and HoReCa.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Key Responsibilities:<br />  Create comprehensive alliance strategies for each channel, including dental, corporate<br /> gifting, and HoReCa.<br />  Define goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each channel.<br />  Identify and target potential partners within the dental industry, corporate gifting<br /> companies, and HoReCa establishments.<br />  Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in each channel.<br />  Assess product-market fit within each channel and adapt strategies accordingly.<br />  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with partner needs.<br />  Maintain a detailed database of channel partners, including contact information and<br /> performance metrics.<br />  Monitor and track sales driven through partners to ensure targets are met.<br />  Ensure timely receipt of payments and commissions from channel partners.<br />  Collaborate with finance and operations teams to streamline payment processes.<br />  Work closely with the marketing team to develop channel-specific marketing and<br /> promotional materials.<br />  Coordinate marketing efforts to maximize visibility and sales within each channel.<br />  Gather feedback from partners and end customers to identify opportunities for<br /> improvement.<br />  Provide recommendations for enhancing product offerings and partnership strategies.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Qualifications<br />  Bachelor&#39;s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.<br />  Proven experience in B2B sales and alliance management, preferably across multiple<br /> channels.<br />  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br />  Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in diverse sectors.<br />  Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.</div> <div> Strong organizational and project management skills.<br />  Experience in team management and leadership.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div>
