Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential new clients within the plastic molding sector, focusing notably on companies based in Faridabad and New Delhi.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with molding companies and key industry players.
- Follow up on leads, conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals.
- Gather market intelligence about competitors, client needs, and industry trends to provide strategic advice to senior management.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to develop campaigns tailored specifically for the molding industry customer base.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years experience in business development or sales within the plastic molding/manufacturing sector.
- Proven network and contacts in molding companies, especially in Faridabad and surrounding regions, with an understanding of clients like Consult, Sanatan, Premier, R.R Techno, Steriware, Magnum.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to influence and negotiate.
- Familiarity with sourcing talent through direct contacts and placement agencies.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Local residency or willingness to work extensively in New Delhi and Faridabad area.
