Job Summary

The AWS Cloud Operations Consultant is responsible for leveraging hands-on experience in AWS cloud operations to bridge the gap between project and support teams. This role involves driving end-to-end processes for new business implementations, providing optimal solutions to clients, and ensuring the effective integration of ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between project and support teams through techno-functional expertise.
• Drive end-to-end processes for new business implementation projects, from requirement management to integration, configuration, and production deployment.
• Assess the feasibility of new change requirements and propose optimal solutions with clear timelines.
• Provide techno-functional support for new business implementations, including architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation.
• Understand the functional design and technical architecture to be implemented on the ERP system.
• Customize, extend, modify, localize, or integrate existing products through coding, testing, and production processes.
• Implement business processes, requirements, and underlying ERP technology as effective ERP solutions.
• Write code according to developmental standards to determine the implementation methodology.
• Provide product support and maintenance for clients regarding specific ERP solutions, resolving day-to-day queries and technical problems.
• Create and deploy automation tools and solutions to ensure process optimization and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with on-site managers by providing necessary details regarding changes and ensuring off-site support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years in AWS Cloud Operations or related techno-functional roles.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their implementation processes.
• Proficiency in coding languages relevant to the ERP solutions and AWS.
• Experience in customization and configuration of ERP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation tools and solutions for process optimization.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of current ERP trends and technologies.

Experience

• Minimum of 7+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years of relevant techno-functional expertise in AWS Cloud Operations and ERP systems.

Environment

• This position is open to candidates located PAN INDIA, with potential for remote work arrangements.
