Company Overview

ParkSmart is building a parking and vehicle access ecosystem focused on commercial spaces and smart automation infrastructure.

Job Summary

The City Head will be responsible for driving market expansion and managing the overall city portfolio for ParkSmart. This role is primarily focused on business development and expansion within a field-intensive environment, concentrating on building partnerships, increasing adoption, and managing growth operations at the city level.

Responsibilities

  • Expand ParkSmart’s presence across assigned cities.
  • Build and manage city-level business operations.
  • Drive partnerships and commercial growth.
  • Identify and target relevant businesses and ecosystem partners.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across commercial and infrastructure sectors.
  • Work closely with automation and real-estate-linked businesses.
  • Drive on-ground business development and execution.
  • Manage the entire city portfolio independently.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong business development and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Comfortable with field sales and city expansion responsibilities.
  • Ability to independently manage an entire city portfolio.
  • Strong ownership and execution mindset.
  • Familiarity with automation or infrastructure-driven businesses is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in industries such as Real Estate, Automated Parking Solutions, Automation & Machinery Systems, Smart Infrastructure, Building Automation, and Access Control Systems.
  • Experience with companies like Schindler Lift or similar organizations.
  • Knowledge of smart locks or smart access systems.

Experience

  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in related industries.

Environment

  • Field-intensive role requiring travel to manage city-level operations.
  • Corporate office setup in place to support off-field activities.

Salary

  • Estimated budget: 10 to 15 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum).
